The ASUS will be alittle bit more quiet and might be faster its core clock faster but the SAPPHIRE will be abit louder but might faster than the ASUS since it has a faster memory clock. You chose hope I was helpful to you.

Windows 8 is for more of a tablet/touch screen computer and with games that havent been made over to win8 they glitch out. Short story is stay with 7 becuase everything works with it and there is no reason to switch to 8.
