PC is lagging on desktop with new monitors, any way i could check why this is?

So as the title says my Machine is lagging whilst on desktop / chrome / spotify with my new monitors on.
the monitors in question are 3x the [Samsung G5 Ultrawides](https://Samsung Odyssey G5 LC34G55TWWRXXU) all are running at 3440x1440 with an nvidia rtx A5000 GPU (all with displayport cables from club3d along side an NVIDIA A100( ofc no displays are connected to this) the system was fine with 1 and 2 displays connected but once the third is it feels sluggish and the whole system tends to stutter and lag.

384GB DDR4 2133
RTX A5000
Samsung 980 Pro SSD
3x Samsung Ultrawide

Have you tried using new cables and HDMI cables? Your computer spec’s are good. It shouldn’t be a problem with multiple screens/
