how can i find out what type and wattage of power supply i need for my computer?

Smallest I personally would go is a 600w. That should still give you some headroom, if you're worried about it just grab a nice 750w and never think about it again.
750w got it anything else i should know about the power supplys?
The computer would even run safe on a 500w, I just personally would rather have more than less when it comes for a Power Supply. Make sure its a 80+ certified power supply and single 12v rail.
oh ok i get it better safe than sorry i guess btw what does the 80+ and 12v rail mean?
