The 7850k isn't going to be worth that much more than the A8 7850k, and you'll want a bit higher wattage PSU for a dedicated GPU down the line

And ya, you want 2400mhz RAM for an APU

Yeah, we really need to know what the purpose of the build is for, otherwise, if you are video rendering and editing, you are going to have a really bad day with the proposed build.

The CPU has a GPU Built in.

I am looking to do a little bit of gaming such as battlefield 4 cs go mine craft and games like that my budget is 400$

Yeah slightly cheaper but kicks the snot out of an APU based system any day.

Definitely.

Ditch the cpu cooler and spend money on better gpu. They can always buy it later on to get a higher overclock.

There was no better gpu for $120 so there is no point and the stock cooler is loud and crappy.

I won't buy a aftermarket cpu cooler on a budget pc build at first. Plus he needs some games to play.

He can buy a couple of games that he can play with his budget and the build if he goes for mine. There are many great games that are affordable and does not break the bank.

If I was going to get a budget cpu cooler I would get the be quite pure rock for $34

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is about $29 bucks on Amazon in CAD Dollars that I have shown. The Pure Rock is about $34 USD which makes it about $45 in CAD. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is an extremely highly recommended CPU Cooler.

I have them both but I think it is worth the extra $16 CAD or like I said earlier don't get a cpu cooler now and spend money on something else.

Well, here's my suggestion:
