All a great build but keep in mind that your not getting the full potential of the 3570k with that motherboard your going to want to get a z77 motherboard to unlock its full potential other than that very nice.

switch the mobo out for a z77, you most likely won't need 16gb of RAM, 8 is fine and get a decent cpu cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 plus or even an H80i/H100i
