You could probably save a little bit of money and overclock your CPU  bit farther by getting a corsair h60 or h70 onsale from tigerdirect, but more importantly if you are gamming you will be very gpu bottlenecked. I'd recoment at least stepping up to a 660ti, or a 7870 if you are going to use an i5 for gaming.
