Pc build wont install any os HELP!

Hate to sound this way but 'doesnt work' just isn't enough information. You haven't even said exactly what you did. How did you try to install linux? did the BIOS boot?

every time the install hung on the screen where you select how to install the os.
where it gives you the options like format and install, custom, or something else

Have you tried using a live distro?

did you take out the windows dead hard drive? if the drive is dead putting linux on it wont fix it.

yes the only drive in is the working one

i restarted the process and now it is hung loading on the disk space and internet connection screen
