When should we be expecting the kill your console pc builds? Black Friday is approaching fast and I am curious as to what you guys are going to recommend for low cost options as my friend is getting ready to build an extreme budget pc.
I'll get some as early as next week... We have these on the list:
- kill your console ($400)
- $800
- $1200-1500
- $2000
Which should we do first?
I'd push for the 800 dollar one first. an R9-290 is about $250 right now. AMD just dropped the prices of the Hawaii GPU's even further to combat the Maxwell Cards and to ready for the 8GB Variant Hawaii GPU's as well. an R9-290 would be insane for an $800 Dollar Build and personally i'd think that would be the most popular build out of all of them and the Added AMD Gold Bundle with the 3 Free Games would be an excellent bonus.

I would like to see the kill your console one for my friend, but I really don't care as long as they are coming soon.
$1200-$1500 is the one I am most interested in. I would love to see that one before the Black Friday madness.

If you are doing the $400 console killer, I hope you added in the Pentium G3258/Z87 combo (although some H81 MOBO can overclock) and not an APU system. You would get better performance out of the park and kill consoles.
