PC Build using i7-3930K

After considering i7-4770 and i7-3930k, and eventually choosing i7-3930K coz or 6 core and 64 GB support I am now shopping for a MOBO.

I have Gigabyte - GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI which was suggested to me. Is this a good option or is there an alternate in this same price range? This MOBO is costing me around USD 325.

My shortlisted configuration is --- Rather suggested;
i7-3930K
Gigabyte X79S-UP5-WiFi
Kingston HyperX 1600 - 32 GB RAM    --- will upgrade later to 64
Segate Barracuda HDD 1TB 3.5 SATA 7500
Crusial SSD 256 GB
CoolerMaster 750 W Power Supply
Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler
Corsair Case 200R carbide

Total price came around $1700 --- Looking around same budget.

Is the above ok? I was looking for a small form factor PC but moved to this coz of 64 GB RAM support. I currently own a shuttle SZ77R5 with i7-3770 and 32GB RAM, Corsair Force 120 GB HDD, Segate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM.

I will be using this mainly for running my lab of VM's all on VMware. I dint want any of those beastly looking cases so went for the crosair.

Is there a better combination I could have for the same price but supporting 64 GB RAM?

Thanks,
Thomas

Deleted the other thread, as it was the exact same question.

What is your total budget?

use the 4930K same price

MAX 1750 USD is my Budget.

@gigabusterEXE  Which MOBO for the 4930K?  --- Need 64 GB RAM support.

litterally any socket 2011 ASUS mobo, if the bios doesn't already support it, then you can update the bios without having to have a supported CPU, and that bios will support it
