Pc build opinions

So basically i just need opinions in this builds and suggestions to what could make it more powerful but around the same price. At first i was going with the FX-8350, but the Am3+ socket doesn't really have a lot of upgrading options so i went with the i5 instead.

Also i chose Nvidia because apparently the Cuda thingies in it helps a lot with video editing and stuff like that, which leads me on to what i'm going to be using this build for.

The main thing is of course gaming, but i am going to get a lot of rendering and video editing done on it as well as  probably multi tasking; Watching videos or gaming while rendering etc.

So please tell me is this is a suitable build for my needs, thank you in advance :)

Assuming you're going to be recording your video game sessions, you'll want a second harddrive for dedicated recording.  I'd suggest an SSD as well for a total of 3 drives.  SSD for OS/important apps, hdd for games/unimportant apps/storage, hdd for recording.  SSD is totally optional, though.

You probably want to use a faster HDD like this Seagate 1TB one instead.

the next 2 desktop CPU generations by AMD, are also supposed to be compatible with AM3+, so thats an upgrade option

as far as rendering, a Nvidia GPU will do marginally better, but for the same price with gaming a AMD GPU will completely outperform a Nvidia GPU

Actually the 670 FTW outperforms every 7950 and some 7970s as well; So i'm going with the 670. And for the next amd generations i'm gonna have to wait and see what they have to offer.
