PC build for a friend

Hi all. I know pretty much everything i need to know about gaming and gaming PC's but i would like to hear others opinions too :)

So my friend decided to accidentally pour orange juice onto his laptop and it pretty much died. All that survive was his HDD >_> So now he decided to buy a gaming PC and I offered to help him.

His budget is around 700€ and we live in finland and the parts will be ordered from a Finnish shop so German or UK prices are not valid :/

There are a couple of restriction for the PC:

-It must be small and compact

-He needs WiFi

-Good enough to play games on 1080p without lag and with good settings. Mostly MOBAs, minecraft, Skyrim atm.

-He also needs a monitor.

So this is what i came up with

CPU: Core i3-4150 120€

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI 115€ (is compatibe with CPU without bios flash and has WIFI)

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 1866MHz DDR3 CL 10. I know that the board supports only 1600 MHz RAM and tha it is CL 10, but to it is quite a bit cheaper than a 1600 MHz CL9 kit and the budget is very strict.

GPU: XFX AMD R9 280A DD 3 BG with never settle forever gold 190€. It's in sale, and you just can't beat the Price/performance of this card since a R9 270 costs 170€ here.

HDD will be scavanged from the Laptop

Case: Fractal design Core 1000 USB 3.0 edition. 40€ It's compact and the most inexpencive case that supports everything.

PSU: XFX 550W core editon 80+ Bronze. 60€ Solid PSU with plenty of power for this PC.

Monitor: ASUS VE228TR 21.5" 1080p monitor 130€. Has DVI input and 5ms response time and pretty good reviews so it should be a good choise.

Total would be 730€

I know the Case comes with only 1 fan preinstalled, but it will be blowing straight to the GPU, so it should be just fine, and the psu will act as an exahust fan.

Ty for every who have red this text and ty for any responses and possible criticism :)

I think the build looks fine but the PSU fan definitely will not do as the only exhaust, especially because the fan blows air INTO the unit to keep the components cool. Get at least one exhaust fan (lower RPM than the intake so you'll get positive pressure inside the case)

I don't consider my opinion to be the only, if at all, the right way but i hope this helps :)

I wouldn't worry about a case fan too much.  These cases have tons of holes in them and Intel designed ATX specifically with 1 fan setups in mind.  The PSU fan is enough to move the air on this case.  Worst case he saves his lunch money for a few days and gets a case fan later.

Looks good.  I agree with Emired; get another fan to help with airflow.  Any cheap fan should work.
