PC Almost Done, Need Some Help on What Parts to Get

Im finishing a build, i only recently now have the money to finish it, i have a cpu, mobo and case already and plan on getting a xfx radeon 7950 and need help with everything else in the build. Another thing to consider is a 13% tax on all purchases so that needs to be incorporated too (i live in Canada), to finish it i have $550.

CPU: intel i5 3570k ($180) already bought

Mobo: Asus P8-v77-v lx ($109) already bought

case: ultra gladiator (think it was $50) already bought

GPU:  XFX Double D FX-795A-TDKC Radeon HD 7950 Black Edition 3GB ($300 with taxes but it comes with a $30 mail in rebate and 3 free games from AMD) Probably gonna buy it this week. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681415067

PSU: ??? Preferably something over 700W and semi modular.

Ram: ??? I was looking a some patriot viper black mamba, but anything good will sway me, also id prefer if it was one stick of 8gb, so later i could add another one.

CPU Cooler: Was looking a the cooler master hyper 212 evo, but suggestions are welcome and im sticking to air cooling as water cooling is too much maintenance for me at this point (plus its my first build).

Storage: ill probably go for some sort of ssd for OS and important programmes, and go with a 2 TB for extra storage of games and files, i also have a extra 500 GB HDD laying around.

Optical Drive: This is pretty self explanatory

As for accessory’s: just some nice thermal compound, and MAYBE a wifi card however, i can deal this later.

As for what I do, I do lots of 3d modeling, cryeninge 3 sdk development, along with hardcore gaming on MAX GRAFIX!!!

Anyway I hope you guys can help me finish this, then MY TRANSITION TO THE MASTER RACE WILL BE COMPLETE. /joke

edit: it must also be using a candian store, or canadian online retailer (ex. amazon.ca, tigerdirect.ca, newegg.ca, etc), some reason we pay more for the same item with aditional tax  ontop...

I'd go for these instead.

When gaming/editing never choose single channel ram. Its much slower and not worth it. This psu should meet all you needs being its semi modular and 750w.

Well for the current parts I'd suggest a 650W as it's just enough. You won't need more unless you are overclocking!

Corsair HX-650 is good..

For RAM go with 1600 or 1866Mhz 8GB. Anything compatible.

You don't need over 700W. I would get a Seasnic G 450 or 550, depending on what you have access to. Both are major overkill wattage and amperage-wise, but are great units.

Ok, after some of your comments this is what im going with: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/1xGQf

Thanks for the help!

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but the 7950s have suddenly become gloriously cheap. If it were me I would go with this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127737 and save the $90, still a 7950, still 3gb. That is an insane deal.

Also that still comes with 3 games.
