These games have been region locked in Russia and CIS countries , but probably the worst part is that non CIS countries like Estonia , Latvia and Lithuania have been also region locked and listed as CIS countries in steam.
Sadly 2k games and 505 games are taking an advantage of this shitty listing in steam and is region locking the versions bought in those three countries , also even though being region locked the game are being sold at full price.
I would like to hear you're thoughts and opinions about this especialy you Logan. Also are other non CIS countries are also getting this region lock?
