Parts for a gaming PC that won't bottleneck or be bottlenecked by my GPU

I have an HD 5670 in my current build, which I am planning on using for this new build (unless I get an APU)

I also will be saving the HDD from my current build

The games most demanding games I will be playing will be DayZ / Battlefeild 3

I would like to keep this build around $450

I want to have 8gb of RAM and for the CPU I am looking at the FX-6300 or maybe and A10-5800k (doesn't have to be AMD, I'm not a fanboy or anything)

the thing I need the most help with is choosing the CPU
