Page fault in non paged area Windows 8 Error

This seems like a semi common error to happen, with the about I found on it, but no of it is helpful for me. I am having the error on a laptop that is stuck in a boot loop, but a lot of what I find about this error ends with reinstall windows. I can not reinstall windows, this laptop will not even read anything but HDD in this look. I keep getting this error and bad pool header. I can't seem to get rid of the error. Any help guys. I currently have the HDD from the laptop in question to see if I could do anything, but it's not helping.

You can't boot into the laptop's firmware?

Well, the screen is broken too. That is why I switched the HDD of the laptop to another system. Otherwise, not that I am aware of. Just boot loop.

It's a memory error. Either a RAM problem, or a currupt paging file.

Or a driver could have gone rogue.

But how to fix it? I have this same problem with a computer where the bios is locked. School gave me an old computer to play with, the bios was still locked though. I tried to unlock it but then I got the same error. Do you know how to fix it?
