PACT: A tool to control the cores on which any program can run

Hello everyone,
I guess my Christmas Gift to everyone this year will be this little tool I made in the last couple of days, I was planning to have it out by earlier today, but I got hospitalized on Christmas Morning, so It’s a bit late.

I made the tool primarily because I found out that Process Lasso is both paid and closed source.

Please let me know if you have any issues, or requests, if you find it useful and wish to chuck a few bux my way, you can do so here: https://paypal.me/sas41, I am currently partially unemployed and any amount helps.

Wow, this is neat! I’ll give it a look when I get to the office.

I hope you’re doing okay, as well.

Hello,
Thank you, I am doing fine now, just need to keep my cool I guess, too much stress.

Anyways, thank you for checking out the tool, please let me know if you have any issues with it.

neat!

does it treat threads as separate cores or only physical cores?

If you have a multi-threaded CPU, you essentially assign the programs to threads, if not to cores.
