Whats your budget and/or how much RAM are you looking to get?
Budget is $150, I'm looking to get over 8gb, wasn't sure how well 4 dims would run while over clocking

Running 4 DIMMS can adversly affect OC stability, but it really varies.However, I don't you have much of a choice since the motherboard only supports up to 4GB DIMMs.
Personally, I have my 2500k running a 4.5GHz with no issues, and I have 4x 2GB of Corsiar Vengeance memory. I have gotten 4.6GHz, but my Dark Knight cooler isn't really up to the task. I'm already hitting 68c, which as high as I'm comfortable with.
That memory will work, but I found some cheaper memory from Corsair on Newegg:
