I am having some problems with my amp, its overheating to the point where it starts to smell burnt. any tips on what i can to to fix this?

Well, looks like it has some vents on the top, so therefore dust or debris could have gotten down inside onto the components which are usually hot, and causing the burning smell. You could try using a can of air or compressor to blow it out. This can also happen if it's brand new and has residue from the factory still. If it doesn't start smoking and the performance doesn't decrease after long use, then I wouldn't get too worried about it. I work with a lot of professional grade audio equipment that you'd think have blown up years ago because of stuff like this.
At the end of the day if you're still worried about it, you could thrown a fan on the top, or inside even if you're willing to take it apart. But always make it exhaust instead of intake, or else it'll just accelerate the dust collection issue.
