How do overclock with the said program? How do you even overclock at all? If any of you are not familiar, it's a program that is bundled with the motherboard.
Here is a screen shot of what the UI looks like.

don't ever use software to overclock unless you have too like on older nvidia chipsets
go into the bios to overclock, since you have 200Mhz FSB that means you're using AMD, which all boards overclock
you can overclock 2 ways, the other requires a lot of knowledge and experience so I'll tell you the easy way
disable turbo, cool and quiet regardless of the myth, does not affect stability
and change CPU mulitpliers and up voltage, you need to tell use what motherboard and what CPU you have in order for us to help you, what PSU and ram and CPU cooler would also help
CPU : FX-8350
Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40 TB Dual Fan
GPU : Sapphire HD 7870
Case : NZXT Source 210 Elite (White)
MoBo: Biostar TA990FXE
Memory: Corsair Vengence 8 GB (2x4 GB) @1600 MHz
HDD: 1TB
PSU: FSP Raider 750W
Monitor: Benq FP71G+
There you go. It was available on my profile btw :p
alright with that cooler you could do probably 4.2~4.3Ghz
set the voltage to 1.43, set the multiplier to 21, save bios and restart if you can boot into windows get a full version of aida64, go into computer, then sensor.
now run a program called prime95, run the middle option for about 12 hours or longer
make sure your temperatures don't get above 75C on your CPU cores 1-8, if they do stop the test and reduce the voltage by one bump
if its not stable but is cool enough raise the voltage by one bump
if it IS stable bump up the CPU multiplier to 21.5, lather, rinse, repeat
