HI GUYS !
So i bought my new pc components about two months ago and i want to start overclocking my cpu, and the problem is:
I never overclock any kind of cpu or pc component.
I look like this when i go to the bios to start doing something on this subject:
And im really afraid to set something on fire in my new computer :/
My specs are:
Mobo: MSI GAMING 5
Cpu: i5 5690k
Gpu: MSI GTX 970
Memory: 8gb gskill 1866mhz

And i was hopping you guys could help me with some kind of a guide or if you have the same motherboard and give me some tips on how to overclock on it .... THANKS :D

Do you have a aftermarket cooler on the CPU?

this is a pretty thorough overclocking guide on haswell, i know it's not for your Gaming 5 board, but the rules still apply.

linus has a really good guide on overclocking haswell, there are a ton of overclocking videos and forum threads that talk about it.
Like Br3ttH said earlier, you're going to need an aftermarket cooler cuz the stock stuff is only good for stock settings.
This one helped me a lot: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/41234-intel-haswell-4670k-4770k-overclocking-guide/
Your processor is basically just a refresh of the 4th gen haswell - so this overclocking guide is still suitable.
I think this video from Tech Yes City could help some.

Just make sure that before you do anything you update the bios.
It seems obvious, but it makes the whole difference.
