Overclocking monitor in Windows 10

Hey Tek Community, hope all is well. Ever since I upgraded to windows 10 I haven't been able to get the refresh rates that I put in CRU, although the custom resolutions I set show up as normal. Anyone else have this issue or know of a workaround? My monitor is the Qnix QX2710 and it is 120Hz capable (using DVI-D), I used to have it at 120Hz with Windows 8.1 using dual R9 280Xs, now on Windows 10 with an R9 390, im not getting the option for 120Hz even though it is set in CRU. OS and GPU are the only things that have changed in my system.
