patriot intel extreme master, limited ed 8gb (2 x 4gb) DDR3-2133 memory
asrock fm2a75m pro4+
cm hyper 212 evo
ok so i enabled the xmp profile for the ram and it is set at 1866. can i bump it up to 2133? if so is there anything i need to change except the speed? also is it safe to overclock the cpu to 4.2? if so how would i go about doing that?
sorry if im asking silly questions this is my first pc build and i dont want to damage my pc
