I’ve got my new ASUS WRX90E w/ 7995WX, 128GB of 5200MT, and a Corsair T700. I’ve got it running PBO, and that much works, giving me a Cinebench R23 score of about 128,000.
If anyone knows what a good score for this CPU/MB combo would be and what settings were used to achieve it, it would give me a starting point!

I know when the OEM systems from Dell and HP were coming out and being reviewed, 100k on Cinebench R23 was about the average score they were getting with no PBO.
As to overclocking, I like the skatterbencher guides. They don’t have an in-depth one yet but they have an overview article on the knobs to turn:
