Does anyone know how much I can overclock my fx 4300? I just made a new pc build and I want to overclock it with my stock cooler and also what would I use to overclock the cpu? Thanks.
Well you can overclock in the BIOS if the motherboard supports it however I would highly recommend not even attempting an overclock more then say 200-300MHz than stock clock with a stock cooler. You have to buy a aftermarket cooler if you want to overclock. Look on Newegg they have cheap aftermarket coolers go on sale very often for like $20. Cooler Master hyper 212 plus is one that will have a sale often. Hope this helps!
