ok i have bought GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3+ - GA-970A-DS3 (rev. 1.1)
and i am using AMD FX 8350 with it
so do u recommend i should overclock on this motherboard ?
as logan once in some vedio said u will get similar performance on any 80 or 90 $
motherboard if ur not overclocking
so should i change the motherboard if overclocking ?
and what do u think about uefi bios is it any better for overclocking and non touch pc ?
and should i change my power supply also i am using Thunder 500W - Cooler Master?

Definitely not. That VRM can not handle any OCing at all.
vrm -,- ?? do u mean motherboard or psu ?
and how did u came to an conclusion that it does not support overclocking ?

But as above, the GA-970A-DS3 VRM is 4+1 Phase and not Heatsinked, so its highly recommended not to OC with this board.
but i was thinking to get a nice cooler and overclock ?
can not i just buy a high end after market cooler for processor and overclock ?

The VRM is part of your motherboard.....getting a after market cooler for processor will do nothing to cool the VRM.
