Our own git and a community version of the Linux kernel is up!

Documentation is extremely important for any project. I concur. Also worth considering, there exist myriad Git tutorials already. Hopefully I don't sound rude, but if you don't know Git then you have no businesses working on a Linux distro. Also worth saying as a counterpoint, the best way to learn is to get out there and "JUST-DO-IT". Git Gud!

If everyone here feels tutorials might be the right direction, I can write a few. I've learned quite a bit over the months and I'd be more than happy to help around here. I think people don't realize how useful of a resource documentation truly is, and they don't feel as thought they should pursue something because they don't know how to get to the resources they need. I think our own git was probably a wrong approach to this. There aren't enough developers here. So why not create a few

Not really. I've got to merge 4.10. It's been a while. But I do have some pland

if you can write some tutorials on how to do this, please do so. i truly wanna get into this. so if you can provide any form of tutorial at least one person (me) is going to read time hard af.
