Hi everyone! So I was just surfing the web when I came apon a little motherboard called the Gigabyte GA-X97X-SOC
I then immediately thought how awesome an orange build would be! So I made this -> http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2hFwkL
I was going to paint the fan rings and the graphics card orange.
I was wondering if I should paint the ram and if so is there a better set of ram to paint(?), What do you guys think?
I would also get custom sleeved cables for the psu (maybe more idk)
Anyway what do you guys think? Please tell if you think I should change things spec wise or custom wise

I switched out parts for ones that are already orange. And by going from a i7-4790K to an i5-4690K it chopped the price enough to switch out for a Radeon R9 290 by Sapphire that is also already orange.
My reasonings for parts:
- i7-4790K is completely overkill (and thus a huge waste of money) for anything other than doing a massive amount of rendering. Even the i5-4690K is a bit overkill for that.
- G.Skill Ares RAM is already orange, already clocked fast, and has a very nice warranty. All the RAM I use nowadays is G.Skill.
- Samsung 840 Evo simply because I don't like Kingston. Also one of the more popular SSDs out there, so it must be decent at the very least.
- Sapphire R9 290 because it is faster than a GTX 770, is orange, and Sapphire has one of the best, if not the best, air cooler on the market.
- Corsair RM650 because there is no reason not to go Gold. I think the lettering might be orange as well. Regardless, it's Gold, has sufficient wattage, and is a decent price.
- The fans are actually pretty much the same, but I switched the 120mm fans to the AF120 multi-pack. Static pressure fans are pretty much unnecessary unless they are on radiators so I figured more air flow and lower noise might be a better choice. The multi-pack also saves a few dollars.
I like the reasoning you have. When I put it together I was more focused on how it looked. So thats why I have the i7 and 770
G.Skill Ares ram is fairly orange
Oh and instead of the h110 - get a NZXT Kraken x61 - you can set the led on the pump/heatsink to orange
WASD Keyboards have orange keycaps available
Steelseries Sensei mouse available with orange trim
NZXT H440 case can be had in orange trim
Artisan mousepads can be found in orange
Samsung 840 Pro SSD's have an orange square on them
