Optimal Positive Pressure Cooling for NZXT H440

I'm aiming for positive pressure with front panel: 3x120 - intake

                                                         radiator: 2x140 - intake

                                                         rear: 1x140 - exhaust

Build:

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

NZXT Kraken X60 98.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory

Corsair Force Series GT 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

MSI GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card

NZXT H440 ATX Mid Tower Case

Corsair RM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Is there too much intake going on even for a positive pressure build? Maybe make one of the rad fans exhaust?

Also, how is the noise level on full load with Kraken x60 fans? Should I replace them?

I don't own a Kraken X60, but based on the review and comparison of the cooler by TTL at OC3D, even the silent mode on this system isn't all that quiet. I'd suggest checking out his comparison AIO water cooling video, its very informative
