This is the absolute budget for my build I would like to get some feedback such as if there are any improvemnets I can make without adding any extra cost.

Good setup, don't cheap out on anyhing, you did focus on the GPU so i assume it is a gaming build?
Yes and from my research i should be able to run pretty much any game on at least medium settings with playable fps and anything is better than the laptop I have now so general performance doesn't matter to me.
I would suggest changing the Phenom II to an FX 6300 if you can swing a little more money.
I'm afraid i can't I did look into a 6300 but the price was not worth working into my budget as I would have to get a not so good video card however in the future I may get a 6300
