Look into getting a AMD card, if you don't need the geforce experience, and maybe an ivy bridge cpu. It might keep temps down and might find it for a little cheap. Otherwise, Looks great!
Do you think that the power supply will be fine running this config?
It's perfect. You can try for a 400w and that would work just as good. Go for it.

Also the PSU I will be using has 37 Amps on the 12v Rail. AMD suggests using a 500w powersupply with 25A.
I would recommend that you get a 7870ghz and use the money you would have spent on the 7950 for games. A 450 should work on the card, but it will not give you any room for overclock. Furthermore, do you plan to overclock?
No I do not plan to overclock. Saving $20 on a non-K CPU

wow that psu is on a rediculous price... you can get a much better psu with 550W 80+ gold for less, gives you more room.

Seasonic G-series 550W 80+gold. its semi modular, so not fully modular, but who cares cause you do need the casual cables....
