Opinion on computer build

Hi guys,

I am a complete novie when it comes to building computers and which parts are better than others, so I was wondering if I could get some sort of opinion on the parts below.

This will be a fairly budget gaming and general task computer, which is why some of the parts may not be top of the range.

Please don't rip into me if some of the stuff below are stupid or useless.

better site for parts config....

why are you getting an apu if your getting a discrete gfx card?

get the fx-6300

and a 30 gig ssd isn't even going to hold windows.....

and your motherboard isn't compatible, for an A8-5600k, you need an fm2 socket, and fx-series uses am3+, and asus is usually overpriced for midrange mobos, get an asrock

good cpu cooler is the hyper212 plus or evo

Windows 7 takes 16 GB. Windows 8 takes 20 GB

no, you need more than 30 gigs, lotsa other windows stuff

Oh right, I didn't know if getting an APU and a graphics card also would just boost performance. But if it's just a waste then your right.

You need at least a 60GB SSD for a boot drive. Keep in mind that you will lose some space after formating. A 60GB drive will have around 55GB of usable space.

If you can only afford a 30GB SSD, you can use it as a cache drive for your HDD.

I would also advise against getting a WD green drive. Consider a blue drive or a Seagate alternative.

Yeah, ditch the green drive and grab a blue or black.
