There are not any XFCE ports of SUSE I could find, and my gnome install is bricked. Does anyone know of a port like this.
Huh? XFCE is available in the SuSE repos, just like almost any other DE or WM. OpenSuSE supports almost all of them.
If your Gnome install is bricked, and it's because of Gnome, you just start your system in runlevel 3, and install XFCE with "su -c 'zypper in xfce'", and then reboot and select xfce at the login screen.
Fully aware of this. I was just curious. No need to act questioning.
