OpenSUSE - How to update kernel to 3.13.6?

Okay so I have decided to have a go with OpenSUSE, see if I can get along with it, but one thing that annoys me is its not on 3.13, so how do I update the kernel? I havent found anything on the SUSE site.

Its more of an annoyance than anything else, and I am hoping it will fix an issue I have, where the system will hang and the screen will go slightly grey, then the sides of the screen will go white, I presume this is a GPU issue.

You have 2 options, easy one is to add the stable kernel http://kernel.opensuse.org/packages/stable

the hard way is to switch to tumbleweed which will get you to a suse rolling release but might break package compatibility.
