There are many refugee youth who could do with some communion and a hobby. The council also offers grants for such considerations. To answer your question properly though, I’m not 100% sure.
Important stuff to consider, definitely, however certain roles can be delegated to a relatively ‘low-rate’ or government-subsidized employee.
I love how you have risen to the challenge and given it some thought. At this rate my work will be cut out for me.
