Open Broadcaster Settings

Hello! I have recently taken a liking in livestreaming. I have watched countless tutorials and how to get to the best settings for OBS and nothing has really worked for me. Since Logan & Pistol are the ones that first showed me OBS, I was wondering what settings they use for livestreaming. Maybe screenshots would be nice. I have gaming PC and 40 mbps upload speeds. Thank you for reading.

and what problem are you having? what resolution do you want to stream? what site are you streaming at?

come on give us some information

I'm looking to first person games to Twitch with a monitor of 1680 by 1050. I can't seem to get the quality of the image as nice as it could be. Also it can become pixelated when there is a lot of movement in the game.

in settings,

go to encoding and use cbr also put max bitrate to 3500,

audio bitrate 160.

in video do a 1.5/2.0 downscale (try to get 1280x720) with 25fps

in advanced, use multithreaded optimizations. and put cpu preset to faster/fast (the lower the less pixelated video when moving but heavier for cpu)

use cfr

should be about good
