Ah, I actually made a mistake describing it. The silver thing is part of the monitor arm assembly. It is attached to the vesa adapter which is black and blends into the rest of the monitor.
I’ll edit that post to fix my mistake.
Ah IC- nice- I like that adapter and would like a quick disconnect feature, I’ve already had to mount/un-mount a few times while arranging things.
That was one of the perks of the M8 arm (optional config), but it’s possible there’s an add-on for the Loctek that you could use.
