i had posted a few months back about this issue. i'm back. same thing, i am getting display, but i can not drag a window over. the mouse is there and tracking, it changes from an arrow to an x. on a black screen.
i had some luck with xfce, and running chrome on screen2. isn't there anything in gnome? am i just out of date with this old comp? i know it's all proprietary and all, but this nVidia driver works flawlessly in windows, since aught 4.. windows can't win!! halp!
