Barebones in what respect???
the chassis, the motherboard, the CPU, the wireless chipset (probably), the display and the keyboard. Thatâs pretty much it. Everything else you have to get yourself.

Iâd be interested in this. My nephewâs stepson brought me his laptop that appears the motherboard is shot. But replacement of the mobo is going to cost 50% of the value of the laptop⌠so not really worth it, not knowing if anything else was damaged when the mobo got fried (Acer aspire E-1-510) .
But maybe with yours I could piece something together with the others I have laying around?
Any laptop worth 100ish USD would be fine with me.

I have a 480 sitting doing nothing if someone is in UK. Last time the rig was started there were no problems although it was 6 or so months back. Also an I7 920 I beleive is in there too.
I have a core 2 duo but find myself in need of a board for it. I dont need ram or anything else. Happen to have a loose LGA775 board you could part with? If you dont I will still take the combination.

Got a couple untested SAS drives here out of some servers I got at xmas.
If youâre in lower michigan I have an HP Proliant ML370 gen 3 or 4 that at this point is just a burden. Works though. I used it as a game server. Was gunna sell it but all the buy offers are 14 yr old kids with no transportation.
Somewhere I have a phenom X4 955 that works and a board to match that doesnât. I mean it works, but the x16 slot is loose.
If youâre building an xp or 98 machine dor fun I have way too much ram that I will never use, along with 478 and 775 pentium 4âs that will also probably not be used.
IBM transnote here with original paper. These seem to be rare and worth money to the right person but there arenât any collectors in MI it seems.
Also some laptops that Iâm just hunna chuck. P3 and M stuff that I was experimenting with.
And finally I have like 5 copies of solaris 04/08 and I really only need one.
Oh yeah and I have a billion sun microsystems keyboards.
Might be able to use one of those keyboards.

Some are usb some are proprietary. No mechanical ones tho sadly.
