Hello, I am running a Windows 7 64-bit operating system, and I was wondering without the use of Virtual Box if I could also get Linux (Ubuntu) onto my computer maybe on a second account? Responses appreciated. THANKS!
Sure. It's simple enough to dual boot. All you have to do is create a second partition on your hard drive and install Linux there. Plenty of freeware tools out there that can help you achieve this too so it shouldn't cost you any coin (assuming you have a flash drive or some burnable dvds).
Here's a couple articles that go into detail about the process so I'm not clogging up the forum with a lengthy tutorial:

Thank you!
Dual booting is simple. I suggest ReFIT, it's a pretty good program, used it myself.
