One living GTX 760 one dead

Looking to upgrade but I'm not sure where to start. I have looked at the 980's and the 980 Ti's and the price point of the 980 classified seems to be closer to what I am looking for plus the fact that is have dual DVI which is the best input my monitors currently have. I know that going from a $450 SLi setup to a $600+ single card is a big jump in spending but if I can get 25%+ in performance I would be happy to spend the coin. Right now I am awaiting RMA from Zotac to contact me about the dead card but if I don't hear from them I will just complain to newegg and see if they are willing to step up to keep a customer. I am also considering a monitor upgrade.

I would love to find a 30"+ ultra wide that is fast response and good color maybe 4k. I would love a 10 bit display due to wanting to learn video editing but it is not required. To go with the new Single GPU.

Main reason I am looking at a 30"+ is because I am using to 24" 1080p monitors and it takes up most if not almost all of my desk and causes a pain in the butt while I try to do anything on the desk. I figure a close to 4K 30"+ monitor will free up some room and allow me the ability to not lose screen space.

If this is crazy just say so. Also I would like to keep the price point down but I'm ok with spending so long as I can use it for a while and it does all my needs.

This is my current setup.
