hey im installing wine and for some reason one core is 100% for a while and then its switching to another core its really confusing i have a I3 broad well chip with 2 cores plus hyper threading
why is it confusing?
because ive never seen anything like this where it runs one core at 100% then changes to another core and runs it at 100%
Linux is migration a thread to different cores to temporary allow running the core at higher frequency without overheating.
