OMG Breakfast Burritos

I love burritos. Even more do I love burritos I can make for basically free involving my farm fresh eggs. I basically fry some eggs, throw some red pepper on it as it cooks, then after its cooked plop it on a tortilla. Add some salsa, good shit.

You make any good BBurrs?

I live in South Texas breakfast tacos are everywhere (breakfast burrito but smaller)

  1. Cook some bacon pan if I want chewy use a pan, if I want crispy bakr
  2. Scramble my eggs with a mix of cumin and chilly powder.
  3. Mix in copped cooked bacon to the egg mixture and finish the eggs.
  4. Take tortilla and lightly toast it with some queso quesadilla sprinkled on so every bite has cheese.
  5. Putt egg mix in cheesy shell topped with a little salsa/hot sauce.

Sometimes I use refried beans instead of egg to mix it up. If so use cilantro instead of chili powder.

I love the breakfast burritos at McDonald's. That was the first time I ever heard of such a thing. I used to get them with my ex-fiancee before we headed to work at Subway. Good food but now I don't eat them because in Canada we can't get breakfast all day. I would prefer one of the breakfast burritos at supper once in awhile.

Bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese and what else I find from fridge. Goes well with beer if it's not breakfast.

I never knew they existed until I moved to CA.....
I could not believe something could taste so good!
