OEM Windows 7 to new PC

Hope I'm not spamming a new thread where there doesnt need to be one, I couldnt find anythign in the first 5 pages and the serach tool wasnt obvious to me

. I'm really needing to upgrade to a new PC quite soon, completely turned off the new next gen consoles (I've been slowly moving into PC gaming over the last few years, this is the final push) but I'm currently using an OEM windows 7 home premium. It came pre-installed on my current PC and I was hoping I would be able to transfer as A: It will save me money i can spend on better parts and B: it does everything I need it to do, never found it lacking really. As far as my research goes, I might be able to mount my old HD on a new rig using the sysprep tool, the only issue being is that it is a crappy 300gb SATA I that is both loud and slow. I wanted to go SSD at least for OS then run a standard 1tb for everything else.

My question is, can I copy my OEM using some kind of disc image software or is mounting my old HD the only way to use my current version? (i still have all my product keys and stuff, I feel loathed to part with a copy of windows that i actually own.) Pretty outn of touch with computers these days so i have alot to learn, keep that in mind if any of you guys/gals have some technical suggestions. Thanks!

Find someone with a windows 7 disc that is the same as what you have the key for your oem computer key and install it on the new machine and enter the key form the old machine and it will work as long as you installed the right version of windows for the key you have.  You probably have home premium 64bit I would guess.
