Oh how wrong we were on this with Ryzen's RAM speed dependent Data Fabric....
I veered away from x99 till it was stable. I haven't bought into a new architecture since phenom days. Now I have a Athlon FX 62, Phenom 9850, Phenom II 940, Phenom II 1090t, FX 8320, i7 5820k, and my newly purchased R7 1700. I have to say minus the memory issues out of the box ryzen performs as expected...Perfectly!
