Just wondering if anyone has tried this. Jacked the FSB to 260 so far and cpu multiplier goes from x7 to like x16. What really struck me is how the cpu voltage goes from 1.3 then down to 0.8
On the bad side. When I was using AXTU I got frustrated and slide some sliders and hit "apply". Fried something. Would not boot till I cleared CMOS then HD would not show up till I switched from ACPI mode to IDE mode. Well it's ACsomething mode, anyhow that's gone:(
Sorry I have not been able to contribute (ie.%$#&post) as much as I used to. I have been going blind reading all about overclocking.....Who knew there are two flipping NB's! I think I jacked up the volts on the NB your not supposed to mess with:)
I figured I could try to get a decent OC without putting allot of pressure on the 4 no-name VRM's. HT seems high at 2600. The 100mv vdrop of whatever it is seems to help.
Sorry if I am rampling but OC'ing a board that some consider a fire hazard is really fun but in a stressfull way:)
