I picked up the Ultra 3.5inch bay fan controller for about $20 yesterday. It lets you OC your case/CPU fans (up to 4 of them) by 10% past their max. rated speed via an increase in volts from the normal 12 volts to 13 volts. I remember reading somewhere on this forum a month ago that someone was looking for something else in his/her case to OC. I thought that I'd just let you guys know that this bay device lets you OC that one more thing.
