A dead on arrival controller that doesnot work properly even with NZXT’s own CAM software for rgb. No documentation, no support and an obfusicated usb descriptor that doesnt adhere to USB standards. The protocol for this controller is a mess. And NZXT doesnt care to give any documentation or technical help and sells the device without informing consumers about its limitations.
