Only budget case worth anything is Antec 300 which is a real beast for the price
I would have to add the CM590 to the budget case line... Mostly, because its a bigger case then the Antec 300 and has better cooling 'potential'. For a bit more money.
i bought the nzxt zero and its an OK case i wanted to try nzxt and the zero had lots of fans and i liked the look but the quality just was not there espeically for the price i bought it for, i still got a "budget feel" to a 150 dollar case. it will be quite a while before i try them again

Personally I find that case quite nice: it has a lot of features + Painted black + cheap - top mounted PSU - no window that it needs. Overall I think it's quite nice and just needs a window and a couple fans to make it look epic.
However I would probably not get it over the Gigabyte GZ-X5BPD-500
