That's the bumblebee version intended for laptops with Optimus tech and wont work for desktop GPUs.
Go to Repos in Yast and add Nvidia through Community Repos, then install G04 one (can search for it) and Tabu the G03 version as it will try to install those as well every time you do an update.
This installs 346.35 with no issues, even working like a charm with a 760 Mars.
