yeah I have to admit, I just tried OpenSUSE and my god!!! ....well at least I could actually run it using the default drivers under KDE and gnome... but trying to install the nvidia drivers manually is just ridiculous, I tried for about 2 hours and have given up..... Linux Mint it is! :P
All good mate, thanks heaps for the help regardless! I'm bound to find a Linux Distro that'll agree with my GPU soon enough!
